S-Corps and Partnerships need to use an Accountable Plan to claim home office and mileage deductions
Once you make an S-corp election (or if you are a partnership), there is no place on your tax return to claim business mileage or home office expenses.
To claim those expenses, you need to use an ACCOUNTABLE PLAN.
