Why kind of clients do you serve?
As of fall 2021, I am only onboarding new clients who use the FreshBooks bookkeeping platform. I saw a need in the market for top-notch support for the business owners who use FreshBooks and I committed to stepping up and being the best Certified FreshBooks Accounting Partner in the world. FreshBooks is not built for every business (don’t use FreshBooks if you have inventory that you can touch, or if you have a lot of fixed assets) . But FreshBooks’ ideal customer is my ideal client.

Where are you located?
My husband is in the Navy, so I’ve lived a few different places. Right now we are in Virginia. But because my business is virtual, I am able to serve clients all over the country.
Do you prepare taxes?
No, I do not do taxes. My background is in financial analysis and budgeting and consulting. When your bookkeeping is done correctly throughout the year, any tax professional can prepare your business return.
What are your rates?
My rates vary depending on the nature and complexity of your business. You can see prices for some of my services on my Services Page. Clean up projects and fully outsourced bookkeeping are quoted on a custom basis.
What do I, as the business owner, have to do each month?
If you fully outsource your bookkeeping to me, hopefully not very much! During the first few months as I am learning your business I will have more questions than I will once we get into a good routine. I always do my best to research things on my own and minimize my questions. I do want my clients to care about their books, though. So via our monthly conference call, we will review your financial statements and look at ways to improve your profitability.
