Use FreshBooks for your small business accounting platform
Note: The links to the free 90 day trial of FreshBooks are referral link. I always believe in full disclosure.
FreshBooks has been around for a very long time, but in the last couple of years, it has grown from being a simple invoicing software to a very robust full small business accounting platform.
Here are some of the features in FreshBooks that I’m excited to share with you.
FreshBooks now has accountant access, so when you are ready to bring on that trusted accountant role in an outsourced capacity, you can easily add an accountant who specializes in serving clients on FreshBooks.
You can add receipts directly into the software to a specific transaction so you never have to worry about your keeping up with that receipt from long ago.
The proposal feature inside of FreshBooks allows you to send professional proposals to clients and request an e-signature and then you can seamlessly turn that proposal into an invoice once the client signs the proposal.
FreshBooks also has recently added Accounts Payable functionality into the application, so you can utilize FreshBooks to record bills which will allow you to have a better grasp of your true future cash needs.
And lastly, I’m very excited to tell you that as an accountant partner, I also am fortunate to be able to share a 90 day free trial with any business owner that wants to try FreshBooks. Please utilize my referral link below to claim your extended free trial and don’t hesitate at all to reach out if you need any help along the way.
