I am Kate.
I started this business to put my time and talents to good use in a way that meshed with my role as a Navy wife and mom of three young children. I have been blessed beyond measure with fantastic education, a wonderfully supportive family, great mentors, and a knack for numbers. This virtual bookkeeping business allows me to leverage my innate abilities and also to have flexibility with when and where I do my work.
I am a very proud Texan, Baylor Bear, and Navy wife. My hair fits my personality. I am a morning person. Big time. I get more done before 7:00am (when my kids are allowed out of their room) than some people get done all day long!
I especially love serving fellow early morning hustlers. I gladly offer 5:30am meetings so you can focus on WORK during normal working hours. (Note: I do serve clients during the traditional work day, too!)
As far as credentials go, I hold an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from Baylor University. I was recognized as a Top 50 Women In Accounting. I am a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor (the highest certification offered by QuickBooks) and a Certified FreshBooks Accounting Partner. I worked in corporate finance before opting to become a stay-at-home-mom when my first child was born. Check out my LinkedIn profile to learn more about my professional history.

This is my crew. I am pretty sweet on them.
